YOUR TASKS

• Creating, analysing and presenting HR key figures (e.g. personnel expenses, absences, fluctuation) to support management
• Taking on HR reporting tasks (e.g., payroll accounting, working time management)
• Use and maintenance of tools such as rexx, Atoss, ADP and Power BI to record, analyse and visualise relevant HR data
• Support in the implementation and optimisation of HR processes
• Collaboration on HR controlling or people analytics projects
