People & Culture Partner & Sustainability Coordinator

Bassadone Automotive Nordic Oy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner & Sustainability Coordinator to support Auto Bassadone’s 16 managers and lead sustainability reporting across Finland and the Baltics. The role combines HR annual cycle processes with development projects, including payroll improvements and group HR initiatives.

You will implement group sustainability strategy locally, collaborate with HQ, and travel monthly to retail locations in Finland.
