People & Culture Operations Specialist (Fixed‑Term)

Beca Limited is seeking a C&P Operations Advisor for a fixed-term role based in Auckland through March 2027. You will work with leaders and the People & Culture team to support the moments that matter to our people, establishing day-to-day operating practices and driving continuous improvement.

This role handles end-to-end Workday tasks, ensures compliance with NZ employment law, and supports learning across the People Advice team while pursuing innovation and industry networking.
