The opportunity

We have completed the transition to our new HR and Payroll systems (Workday and Datapay) and are now in the post‑implementation phase. In this role you will work closely with leaders and the broader People & Culture team to support the moments that matter to our people, establishing day‑to‑day operating practices and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Action Workday tasks end‑to‑end, including employment documentation and processing such as letters of employment and employment variations.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and adherence to Beca policies across all People & Culture activities.
• Use your HR knowledge to provide professional, accurate People & Culture support.
