We have an exciting fixed‑term opportunity for a People & Culture Operations Advisor to join us in Auckland. We have completed the transition to our new HR and payroll systems (Workday and Datapay) and are now in the post‑implementation phase, establishing day‑to‑day operating practices and supporting leaders and employees across trans‑Tasman people activities. Joining our team will help you support the moments that matter to our people and give you opportunities to grow your HR career.

• Action Workday tasks end‑to‑end, including employment documentation and processing (e.g., letters of employment and employment variations).
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and adherence to Beca policies across all People & Culture activities.
