Job Description
The People & Culture Intern will gain hands‑on exposure to the People & Culture function supporting the team across onboarding, HR administration, employee relations and learning & development. This is a learning‑focused role designed to build a strong foundation in HR operations while contributing to the day‑to‑day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring new joiners have the resources they need.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HRIS data entry.
- Help prepare monthly HR reports and support ad‑hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Support the People & Culture team with letter writing, contract drafting, and other administrative tasks to keep templates current.
