Job Description As a team member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will work under the leadership of:

• International & Corporate P&C team, which partners NCS Corporate Units and NCS Geographic Units. The team works with corporate leaders and regional P&C teams on regional P&C, talent and organisational initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of P&C priorities and programs across regions.
