This role is integral to managing organisational change, restructures and the effective application of P&C policies and procedures, ensuring the business and its people thrive together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including the Key Account Portfolio Director and direct reports.
  • Drive business performance through people and culture strategies that enhance engagement, productivity and retention.
  • Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting social value, environmental objectives, and health & safety priorities.
  • Oversee day-to-day employee relations activity across Hard and Soft FM operations, including absence management, disciplinaries and general ER matters...
