People & Capability Advisor — Lead HR & Wellbeing

WorkSafe New Zealand is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to support leaders across the employee lifecycle. You will provide practical, solutions‑oriented HR guidance, partnering with leaders and kaimahi to improve engagement, wellbeing and performance.

A permanent role offering 5 weeks annual leave and a team‑based, inclusive environment. You will bring proven HR generalist experience, solid knowledge of NZ employment law, and strong communication.
