People and Culture Consultant

We're excited to be recruiting a People & Culture Consultant to join our team in Sydney.

This is an opportunity for an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, HR Consultant or emerging HR Business Partner who is looking to broaden their experience, take ownership of meaningful work and continue developing their business partnering capability within a professional services environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role works closely with leaders and employees across the firm, providing practical advice and support while managing a range of key people programs and initiatives. You will be joining a supportive team of 5.

The role offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle and combines business partnering, program ownership, project delivery and continuous improvement.
