People and Culture Advisor

We have an opportunity for a People & Culture Advisor to join the Fletcher Construction team supporting the Eastern Busway Alliance. With project completion scheduled for 2027, this role provides strong exposure to end to end HR activity on a major infrastructure project in Auckland.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with Alliance leaders to support day to day people management, including performance, development and absence management, working closely with home companies.
• Support the People & Culture Manager with end to end resourcing coordination, including recruitment approvals, position descriptions and engagement with home companies.
