Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team, building capability, consistency and confidence in ER practice
- Oversee complex and high‑risk casework, ensuring fair, timely and balanced outcomes
- Drive and embed a forward‑thinking Resolution Framework, promoting early intervention and constructive conflict resolution
