Job Description
Join OPB as a Pension Modernization Change Management Strategist and lead impactful change initiatives. This permanent full-time role is crucial in ensuring successful adoption of new systems within the pension administration.
This position calls for a highly motivated change management expert to drive the Ontario Pension Board's modernization efforts. You will work under the Executive Director of HR to develop change strategies and ensure the organization is well-prepared for transitions.
