Job Description

We are looking

for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to drive talent development initiatives, enhance organizational capability, and foster a strong learning culture across the hotel.

主要職責|Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute training plans to support business and talent development
    規劃並執行培訓計畫,支持營運與人才發展

  • Drive leadership development, employee growth, and performance improvement
    推動主管培育與員工發展,提升整體績效

  • Lead internship programs and manage school partnerships
    負責實習生招募與培訓,並建立與學校合作關係

  • Deliver training programs and enhance learning effectiveness
    執行培訓課程並優化學習成效

  • Promote a strong learning culture and employee engagement
    建立學習型組織並提升員工參與度

  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational needs
    與各部門合作,確保培訓符合實務需求
  • 任職條件|Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred)...
