What is the opportunity?The BPM development chapter is an exciting team to build innovative BPM solution that accelerate the digital transformation in RBC. The primary technology in use is PEGA and other emerging technologies, like Camunda. As a PEGA BPM developer, your main reasonability is to work with the Tech Lead to design and build the high-profile workflow applications with the quality and speed. You are to adopt the agile mindset and implements the DevOps to enable faster delivery cycles. You are also to participate in the BPM chapter meeting and contribute to the best practices.What will you do?

Participate in the lab discussion to understand and contribute to the business requirements.

Assist Tech Lead for the application design, and independently take on the design of the sub components.
