Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technology delivery, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and drive the design of solutions that deliver measurable value.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead business analysis and architecture activities across Pega initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes, business objectives and technical delivery. You will facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams, providing clarity, direction and leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
