Peer Support Worker

- Develop daily living skills
- Sustain their recovery in the community
Peer Support Workers are a key part of the team, bringing a unique and valued perspective through lived experience.
As a Peer Support Worker, you will:
- Work alongside individuals to share experience, offer encouragement and support recovery
- Develop mutual, collaborative relationships that promote empowerment and choice
- Support people to access opportunities and reconnect with their communities
- Act as an ambassador for recovery within the team and wider system
- Contribute to the ongoing development of peer support within the service
