Pediatric Social Worker – Hospital & Community Care

New Zealand Government seeks a NZ registered Social Worker to join the Wellington region Paediatric Social Work Team. The role delivers psychosocial assessments and supports families across Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti, coordinating with hospital and community services after discharge.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist oncology patients, and conduct child-protection risk assessments while offering weekend rosters on a limited schedule.
