Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher.

English, Health and physical education.

Permanent full-time teacher required to teach physical education, English and other subjects— junior and senior NCEA Level 1-3.

Preferred attributes

• Trained and qualified teacher, with current NZ Teacher Registration.
• Qualification and experience in physical education, English and other subjects NECE Level 1-3.
• Experience in working with young people.
• Experience in NCEA qualifications.
• Experience in working with Maōri and Pasifika young people.
• Knowledge of and understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and enthuse young people to learn.
