Job Description
We are looking for PDC Technicians to join our client’s busy automotive workshop in Chipping Warden. This role involves working in a fast‑paced environment with a constant flow of vehicles, ensuring all checks are completed to a high standard before vehicles are released.
The Role:
Within this role, you will be responsible for carrying out pre‑delivery inspections and basic vehicle checks, including:
- Checking fluid levels
- Carrying out visual tyre inspections
- Completing brake checks
- Inspecting seatbelts for wear & tear
- Ensuring vehicles meet required standards prior to release
- Occasionally making and fitting number plates
This is a non‑mechanical role – no fitment work or ramp inspections are required.
The Person:
- NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a PDI or vehicle inspection role. <...
