PCBA Training Specialist — SMT/THT & IPC Expert

Eaton in Dubai is seeking a Trainer Production PCBA to design, develop, and deliver training on PCBA processes and quality standards. This role is critical in ensuring that operators and technicians are properly trained to meet industry requirements.

As part of a dynamic team, you will create effective training materials, conduct hands-on training, and maintain records of competency. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in electronics engineering and significant experience in PCBA manufacturing.
