PCBA BOM Engineer – NPI & PLM Specialist

XP Power is seeking a BOM/Process Engineer to create, review, and manage PCBA BOMs. You will verify component specifications, coordinate with design engineers to align BOMs with layouts, and work with procurement to confirm availability and costs.

You will maintain BOM versions, support NPI for prototypes, and ensure RoHS/REACH compliance, collaborating with quality and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
