PBX Operator will provide communication support for all hospital and surrounding healthcare facilities to support patient care. Will demonstrate a professional, helpful attitude in dealing with patients, visitors and physicians. This position is responsible for the processing of incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining specified logs of emergency codes, on-call rosters and contact list functions with consistent customer focus and a team player attitude.
+ High school or GED preferred
+ One year’s experience on a multi-line switchboard preferred
+ Organizational, Follow verbal instructions, Interpersonal, and Customer Relations Skills
