PB4L Schoolwide Practitioner

Position

School Wide Practitioner (Full time, Permanent) – Regional office in Porirua, with flexibility across Greater Wellington.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and support educators to implement the Positive Behaviour for Learning: School-Wide framework.
• Ensure fidelity to international best practice and consistent national implementation.
• Provide high‑quality special education services to learners, parents, families/whānau, caregivers, and other service users per Te Whaariki, Ka Hikitia, and the New Zealand Curriculum Framework.
• Collaborate with education sector, schools and early learning services to deliver support, expertise and resources.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and advise organisations accordingly.
• Work as part of an integrated team, cooperating to solve problems, complete tasks and meet objectives.
