Payroll & Systems Specialist — Data, Compliance & HR Tools

Millbrook Resort in Arrowtown, NZ, seeks a Payroll & Systems Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. You will manage end-to-end payroll, maintain HR systems, and generate reliable reports to support the business.

This fixed-term role covers parental leave for 12 months, with a minimum of 25 hours per week and potential for more hours to cover the full contract. You will help managers and staff feel confident using payroll systems.
