Job Description
Consolidate payroll instructions for each cut off – including: pay changes, incentives, loan deductions, hmo deductions and the likes May validate Statutory Benefits for pay out (SSS Mat Leave, Sick Leave and the likes) Monitor/compute for the pay deduction for SSS/HDMF Salary loans Consolidate, validate and provide the final timekeeping result. Answer employee questions or complaints about salaries and payments May be part of the Timekeeping Project as part of the UAT as R1 transitions from Prohance to new Timekeeping System Other task that may be required
