Experience in payroll outsourcing

• Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit CPF, SDL, NS claims, IR21 tax clearance, and other payroll-related statutory filings.
• Handle client enquiries relating to salary calculations, leave balances, overtime, deductions, and payroll policies.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, salary revisions, transfers, and terminations.
• Prepare payroll reports, bank payment files, and management reports.
• Review payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues promptly.
• Support payroll audits and maintain proper payroll documentation.
