Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Country Payroll Operations – Assigned Country
• Manage full-cycle payroll: novelties reconciliation, retroactive adjustments, terminations, and year-end close.
• Validate payroll results, perform variance analysis, and approve payroll runs before submission.
• Prepare and validate bank payment files, funding requests, and reconcile paid vs. processed amounts.
• Prepare payroll accounting files with correct cost center and account allocation for month-end close.

• Own the regional payroll governance framework: policies, SOPs, RACI, and control matrices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations across all South American countries.
• Monitor legislative changes, conduct impact assessments, and lead implementation with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs.
• Act as main contact for internal/external audits, tax authorities, and labor courts. Drive remedi...
