Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute payroll for employees across CA, supporting multiple pay frequencies with accuracy and timeliness.
• Meet defined SLAs for ticket resolution, payroll processing, and calculation accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions and reporting.
• Validate payroll data across HRIS and payroll systems; provide weekly and ad hoc reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Process payroll and invoice data within our global finance platform to support audit requirements and deliver accurate client payroll packages.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate inputs into HR and payroll systems.
• Support account management teams on payroll and billing inquiries.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of state, local, regional, and country-specific payroll regulations, including PEO compliance requirements.
