Your role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing payroll for the University employees in an accurate and timely manner, maintaining rigorous payroll records and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.

Key responsibilities:
Accurate and timely processing of in-house payroll for all UL employees

Maintaining payroll records and employee data in SAP

Review and reconcile payroll reports, identifying and correcting errors before final submission

Manage Employees’ deductions such as benefits, garnishments, parking, insurance and retirement contributions
