Summary

  • JOB SUMMARY The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for the preparation and review of the employee timecard for disbursement on the bi-weekly payroll using the Kronos time and attendance system. This includes duties surrounding the maintenance and accuracy of the electronic timecard in the payroll system, organizational training around payroll responsibilities and maintaining internal controls and records. The HR Payroll Specialist is also responsible for maintaining general system functions such as updating wage tables and providing system support that is related to the payroll functions.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience: Two (2) year Associates Degree and two (2) years experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll; OR
    Four (4) years experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll. Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
