Payroll Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliablePayroll Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and overseeing all payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and payroll deadlines. This includes managing the full payroll lifecycle, from onboarding to termination and post-employment processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working withSage 300 People, solid knowledge of payroll best practices, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience (Essential)
• Proficient in Sage 300 People payroll system (Experience Essential)
• Experience in information and data management (Advantageous)
• Qualification in Finance, HR, Payroll, Administration, or Management (preferred)
