Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Specialist to efficiently manage the payroll for approximately 2,900 employees. This includes both contract and full-time employees, split bi-weekly, resulting in processing around 1,500 employees each week. You will utilize UKG Pro for payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll taxes, tax laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities
+ Process payroll for approximately 2,900 employees on a bi-weekly schedule, managing both contract and full-time staff.
+ Utilize UKG Pro software for accurate and efficient payroll processing.
+ Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, including understanding of tax laws, regulations, and paid family leave.
+ Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll.
+ Leverage BI portals for payroll reporting and effectively use these reports.
