This full-time position involves executing full-cycle bi-weekly payroll and overseeing payroll general ledger account reconciliations. You will also administer taxable benefits in compliance with CRA guidelines and lead the year-end reconciliation process, including the filing of T4s. Collaborating with the Financial Controller and HR, your insights will develop payroll policies ensuring consistency across the organization.
