Payroll Project Executive

Hays client, a global professional services organisation based in Belfast city centre, requires a Project payroll executive to join their global outsourcing team. However, whilst payroll experience is not essential, it would be helpful.

The primary responsibility of the role is to support the team in managing the day-to-day project delivery for high-profile multinational clients, liaising with international offices, client(s), in-house team of payroll project managers, seniors, project executives and portal administrators.

Your new role

Monitor project deliverables on a daily basis ensuring all tasks arepleted on time;

Review issue logs on a weekly basis and discuss with relevant Project Manager;

Escalating in a timely manner;

Control and monitor tickets via the appropriate system;

Setting up Teams conference calls

Preparation of monthly reports SLA’s/Metrics
