Payroll & P&C Systems Lead (TechOne) | Flexible WFH

Summerset is seeking a Senior P&C Systems Specialist – Payroll to join our People & Culture Shared Services team. You will be the functional SME for Technology One across HRIS and payroll, driving improvements, data quality and user experience.

You’ll partner with P&C, Payroll, Finance and IT to translate business needs into practical system solutions, optimise processes, and lead testing, enhancements and change management. Strong data governance and Excel/SQL skills are essential.
