- Oversees the full payroll cycle for employees, ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Payroll Administration: Computes monthly salaries, overtime payments, incentives, allowances, and statutory deductions accurately and on time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Administers CPF contributions, tax clearance submissions, and government-related leave reimbursement claims in accordance with local regulations.
- Employee Data Management: Maintains and updates employee records, attendance information, and leave balances within the HR/payroll system.
- Payroll Reconciliation: Reviews payroll reports, validates calculations, and investigates and resolves payroll discrepancies.
