Job Description
A well-established and highly regarded girls secondary college located in Melbourne’s bayside suburbs is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a 7-week temporary assignment. You will be working PT three days a week 8am-4pm.
This role will suit a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is confident managing end-to-end payroll functions within a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly payroll in line with relevant agreements and STP requirements
- Manage salary variations, leave loading, allowances and staff leave records
- Reconcile superannuation and payroll general ledger accounts
- Process salary sacrifice and electronic payroll payments
- Support end-of-year payroll reporting and compliance requirements
