Payroll Implementation Assistant

Ensure seamless end-to-end onboarding implementation.

• Provides activity timeline for onboarding of new Payroll client.
• Tracks religiously the progress of activities based on the onboarding checklist.
• Manages ATM card releasing based on the preferred mode of distribution of client including the schedule and other logistics (if any).
• Coordinates with internal partners on the ATM cards availability, puts on hold the delivery, if needed.
• Provide an update on a timely manner to client about the onsite ATM card releasing schedule and other logistics requirements.

Provides manpower support for onsite distribution of ATM cards.

Handles BAU activities such as but not limited to:

• Monitors account opening status.
• Hold ATM cards delivery to branches, if needed.
• Sorts the ATM cards alphabetically and segregate by site location.
