Payroll & Human Resources Representative – Temporary Full‑Time

Salary: $56,900 - $66,500 per annum

In this role, you will provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, programs, benefits, pension, and pay related provisions of multiple collective agreements and the terms & conditions of employment. You will maintain information related to employee life‑cycle events within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices. You will partner with Talent Management and peers to implement new or changing programs and provisions within the HRIS and provide guidance to employees and managers on their application and eligibility.
