Currently, they are creating a new role for someone to lead their payroll and benefits function. To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must - be available on a 2 week notice or less be proficient on UK and international payroll (ideally Singapore, Italy, Germany have dealt with ADP (ideal not essential) have strong vendor management skills have had exposure to benefits and pensions be confident to work in a sole role be able to work from the office 1 day per week enjoy compliance and looking at ways to troubleshoot and also streamline process Although this role is a 6 month contract initially, it will become permanent for the right individual should they be able to demonstrate a strong ability to take ownership and drive the function forward.
