Payroll Analyst

Description We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage accurate and timely payroll operations for a multi-state workforce in Tualatin, Oregon. This role is ideal for a detail-focused individual who can oversee end-to-end payroll processing, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and support employees with payroll-related questions. The successful candidate will bring strong experience with high-volume payroll administration and confidence working within ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:
• Process complete payroll cycles for employees across multiple states while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, review earnings and deductions, and resolve discrepancies before finalizing each pay period.
• Use ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll transactions, validate employee data, and generate payroll-related reports.
