Payroll Administrator

Large Shared Services concern based in Springs, has an exciting opportunity for a well-experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.  Be responsible for processing the payroll of a minimum of 1500 monthly paid employees.  Working experience on JDE and Educos highly advantageous.

A completed Matric Certificate is essential, preferably with Maths and Accounting, as well as a Payroll Diploma (highly advantageous).  A minimum of 8 years Payroll processing experience is essential for this role, with processing a minimum headcount of 1500 monthly paid employees. 

KPI's include:
Administering large volumes of payroll information; check all payroll and leave input captured; compile and check variances and other relevant payroll controls before payroll final; provide direction to Payroll Clerks; validate dismissals / resignations and verify the final pay-outs; review and sign-off interim payments; print and distr...
