Job Description
Job Title: Payroll Administrator
The Payroll Administrator supports the end-to-end payroll process by preparing, validating, and maintaining accurate payroll data in a high-volume, in-house payroll environment. This role works closely with internal partners, uses PeopleSoft and other systems to run queries and reports, and ensures timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage payroll-related queries in PeopleSoft and associated systems, including extracting data from HR and Oasis and formatting it accurately for payroll processing.
- Assist with payroll processing activities, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs.
