Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities - End-to-end payroll processing (weekly/monthly) with high levels of accuracy
- Maintain and update employee payroll data and records
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with PAYE, UIF, SDL and relevant legislation
- Prepare and submit statutory returns accurately and on time
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation
- Manage leave records, timesheets, and employee benefits administration
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations Desired Experience & Qualification - Relevant qualification in Payroll, Finance, HR, or similar
