Your Newpany A well-established organization operating within a project‑driven environment is seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide additional support during a busy period. This is a short‑term contract opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who isfortable working onsite and supporting payroll operations tied to project‑based cost allocation.
Your New Role As the Payroll Administrator, you will provide hands‑on support to the payroll function, focusing on bi‑weekly payroll processing, timesheet validation, and payroll accuracy across multiple provinces. Working closely with Finance and HR, you will support payroll activities where employee time and labour costs are allocated to specific projects or job codes. This role is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, and is best suited for someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and ensure payroll runs smoothly during the contract period.
