We are looking for an experienced Payments Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive transformation initiatives across our organization through change management and enterprise epic ownership for the strategic initiatives – Payment Infrastructure and Corporate Payment Offerings.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives and large cross-portfolio epics from discovery through implementation, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder management and dependency coordination to ensure effective collaboration and decision‑making.
• Develop and implement new ways of working to improve efficiency.
• Build lean business cases, define epic hypothesis statements, and guide initiatives through enterprise portfolio Kanban systems.
