Payments Business Analyst with a Global Risk and Research Firm

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payments Business Analyst  to support end-to-end business analysis across payments transformation, modernization, and operations programs. The role requires strong expertise in payment lifecycles  (initiation, screening, settlement, reconciliation, reporting) and familiarity with standards like ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, RTP, FedNow, and UPI .

The analyst will act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams , translating business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring delivery of efficient, compliant, and modernized payment solutions.
