allnex is looking for a Payment Specialist to join our team at our GBS office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This is a 3-month fixed term contract. You will have the opportunity to prepare and process different types of payments in the ERP systems, reconcile payment entries, and resolve payment-related issues.

Responsibilities
Prepare payment proposals in ERP systems.

Execute payment runs in ERP systems, including bank drafts, wire payments, duties, etc.

Manually input payments in banking platforms.

Prepare supporting documentation for various payment types, both local and international.

Process and follow up on manual payment requests.

Clear payment entries in ERP systems.

Ensure timely processing of payments in banking systems.
