About the Role
Hi, I'm Yan, Head of Engineering at Loop. I am hiring our first Payment Operations Lead to own, scale, and modernize the core engine that moves our customers' money. This is a senior, hands‑on role: you'll know our settlement flows better than anyone, pull SQL, reconcile variance, contact banks, write SOPs, set strategy, and eventually build a team under you. This role is onsite at our downtown Toronto office (Bay & Bloor).
